Ever since I had come across Ansel Adams "Dogwood Blossoms", I was inspired. The simplicity of the photograph was very appealing to me. I wanted to create a similar image. So here is my take on it.
In Lightroom: Opened up shadows, reduced highlights, increased contrast (global) and converted to black and white.
