Tua Timba is a religious landmark area where it was believed that one of the Pandav brothers Bhim bathed. The water from these hot springs is believed to have healing properties. Hundreds of people visit here daily in hopes to cure their health problems.
The pit consists of a number of water holes, each at different temperatures.
Foot steps of Bhim.
As you walk around the hot springs, you will see about half a dozen temples.
Temple façade restoration.
As you walk further away from the hot springs, you come across a number of stone piles. It is believed that the more stones you place in a single file the more floor levels your future house will have. People go crazy building towers up to 30 stones high.
