“NO PHOTOGRAPHY” signs are posted all around the Pushkar Brahma Ghat, however during the late afternoon many photographers and spectators gather here to photograph and view the sunset. Dozens of people gather around the ghat, and at this point photography is accepted (well at least when I was there). However one thing to keep in mind is to remove your foot ware before going any where close to the water or you will be asked to leave.
Lucky for us, we had entertainment as we waited for the sun to set.
Local holy man overseeing the crowd. Yes, he is wearing shoes, but this is allowed as long as you are 40+ feet away from the water.
This bull walked behind us unnoticed, and kept going as it made people move out of its path. Sadly this guy was in a hurry and I couldn’t get any good shots (silhouette) of it against the water.
Final shot of the sunset, couldn’t stick around for long since we had to get back to the hotel which was on the other side of the pond.
