Motorman At The Hershey Chocolate Factory

The chocolate factory in Hershey, PA offers a bus ride, where they talk about how Hershey Chocolates started and you get to ride around for an hour. It is a good family experience and the best part is, through the entire ride, the hostess serves different types of chocolate bars.
Walking into the bus the Motorman seemed tough and intimidating, however once the ride was over I asked him if I could take a picture of him and instantly his smile broke out and a great character was reveled. The whole setup (the hat, the strong contrasting line in his pants, his white shirt and black bow tie) just screamed monochrome.
This was a hard image to capture since the white shirt was close to the window and his dark pants were below window level - this created a high contrast scene.  I metered for the brightest part of his shirt and overexposed by one stop and bracketed the exposure. The bracketing was for insurance, just in case I was off with the exposure.
